Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
"Hotel room was not the cleanest, a lot of dust and mold in shower. Floors felt not cleaned and sticky like they needed to rip out the carpet. Bed was comfortable however had an issue with the AC fan constantly blowing very loudly all day (couldn’t sleep due to noise) called front desk and they said ..."
