Hotel has been upgraded and it's pretty clean. There were not many amenities but the price was decent. i had issues with my key and my door but staff adressed the issues quickly and properly.

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
Beautiful place in a great location, but had to call multiple times to get assistance with missing item in my room, key didn't work at first so required multiple trips to checkin desk, and I never got my security deposit back after waiting for a month.
