"Clean room, crowded parking, no one to greet me when I checked in, heard thumping music at 1 am while trying to sleep"

"The room itself was clean but on the older side. The rest of the hotel seemed shabby and a bit unclean. One of the front desk staff was very unprofessional. They were yelling on the phone to someone when I walked in, continued to cuss at them, and didn’t acknowledge me until after several minutes later. I received similar treatment when I checked out. The fact that there was multiple warnings about vehicles being towed for not having a pass, parking out of the lines and etc was also concerning. This hotel really lives up to “you get what you pay for” and is not on par with other Extended Stay hotels I have been to."

"Room was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable.But it looks like they are under new management so there’s a lot of renovations going on. My kids were really sad to not have a pool even though it’s listed on the amenities. It was the reason why we got this place to begin with. Breakfast was good, but it was not very clean. Looks like there’s nobody there on staff to clean up the counters. "

"Plenty of parking. Felt safe area. Clean. Housekeeping comes every other day. Breakfast reasonable. Choice of hot items, usually sausage or patty and scrambled egg, hash browns and cold options, muffins, cereal, bread, yogurt, etc. Staff friendly. Would visit this location again. "
