"Hotel is clean , employee's are very friendly and great customer service. The only issue is the toilet not flashing well and their trash can in the bathroom. Otherwise everything is great."

"We stayed 6 nights at the Hyatt Regency and can only describe it as exceptional. The location is central and close to the nightlife (which was a bit of a worry as we are not party animals), however we did not hear a peep from outside and we both slept incredibly well. Easy to walk to Sliema and a great location to explore the rest of the island. We had some beautiful meals on Spinola bay, and I enjoyed morning runs along the coast before it got too hot and I felt very safe. The room was much bigger than expected, immaculately clean and felt really luxurious. Having a balcony with a seaview was a real treat. Housekeeping are incredible and it was so lovely to return to a clean room after a busy day of exploring. The rooftop pool was another added bonus. Beautiful views, the pool was warm and very quiet during our stay, no fighting for a sun lounger! We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked clean and relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous every morning with a varied selection. We had access to the Regency Club, however we only worked out where it was on the last day (our own fault as we didn't ask and we were out and about most of our stay) but was a lovely addition to have. The staff have been wonderful, I have never experienced such attentive service at a hotel. Every single member of staff we encountered were friendly, warm and helpful, really going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable."

"We only stayed briefly, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with everything we needed, in a convenient location near the airport. The property was clean, with cafés and shops nearby. We did not see any staff during our stay, but that did not affect us, as communication by message was straightforward. There was some slight confusion over the address, but this was only a minor issue overall. There are also a few narrow steps, which may be worth noting for anyone with mobility issues."

"Overall average stay. Problems included: no microwave, really warm room at some points with no solution as AC system couldn't be controlled by the staff (?), hot water got cut off multiple times in the room so couldn't shower, no locks on bathroom door, lack of hangers and hooks, and a bad toilet flush. Breakfast was decent, not too much variety and quite repetitive, but catering staff were very nice - they cooked vegetarian options if you asked. Room cleaning staff were also nice. Hotel staff in the reception weren't though."
