"I had a negative experience on the first day of my stay, but the rest of the stay was brilliant. The reception staff rushed through the check-in process and did not inform me about the pool and gym opening hours, so I missed my chance to exercise on the first day. When I later asked both the reception staff and the staff in the gym/pool area, I received conflicting information about the closing time, with a discrepancy of two hours. There were also quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes on the half-board menu, which led to some confusion when my order arrived. Some examples included “chocie” instead of “choice” and “leif” instead of “leaf”. The menu honestly needs to be completely rewritten and properly proofread for grammar and clarity, as it was generally quite difficult to read through. Unfortunately, I also had the chewiest steak I have ever eaten — it was difficult to bite through properly. On top of that, the waiter did not ask whether I wanted fries or roast potatoes and simply assumed I wanted fries, which I actually did not want. As a result, I ended up with a disappointing steak and nothing suitable on the side, which is not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel service. However, all of the seafood options, starters, and the breakfast buffet were delicious. On the positive side, the outdoor pool is beautifully maintained, with lovely flowers and relaxing music, while the indoor pool is excellent for swimming. "Overall I found the hotel to be reasonable for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the breakfast area to be a bit small for the numbers of people using it, particularly at the peak time around 9am. At that time it was hard to find a table and navigating the buffet amongst the crowds was not a pleasant experience. There were a couple of building-related issues during my stay. At one point one of the two available lifts went out of use meaning a 7-floor climb up the stairs. On another occasion a plastic piece of the aircon system in my room fell off. It was promptly repaired. Would I stay there again … maybe, I wouldn’t rule it out."

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay! So many wonderful amenities: a hot tub and sauna, a breakfast with everything you could want, access to Aqualuna pool club across the street, comfortable beds and a quiet room! The staff were so kind and helpful. I needed to stay an extra night and even though they were fully booked, they arranged a room for me at their nearby hotel and made the transition seamless. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was nice, very accurate with the photos provided for the room. I had a good time during my stay, a bit of trouble checking in, didn’t received the code to the door at noon and when I got to the hotel they told me check in was a 5pm when in Expedia it says at 3pm, I had asked beforehand to do an early check in and they helped me out with that, the room was clean and again, I had a good time during my stay."

"Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."
