"The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed including tea/coffee making, safe, fridge. The pool was unheated but clean and a great bonus! We had a great stay at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast and very comfortable. "

"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,...

"An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. "Lovely spotlessly clean spacious apartment. Communication before and during was great, with easy entry instructions. Daily room service was very good. Location in Gzira was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoy a walk and walked into and around Valletta one day and Sliema the next. In the summer when it might be too warm for some to walk, or just too far for some people there seemed to be lots of bus and ferry services close by to get around. There were loads of food and drink venues close by too....

"The weather was not so good with several days of rain and the hotel has 7 separate blocks so to get to reception or the dining room means getting wet. The dinning room was a bit soulless and the buffet food was often cold. Being out of season the other food outlets were not open and there were no restaurants or bars within walking distance."

"Lovely and clean. Room was modern, had a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We had a lovey, large balcony on the 6th floor, just a shame the weather meant we didn’t get to use it. The apartments are in a quiet, residential area but not too far from all the attractions and it felt very safe. Staff were also pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return."

"Loved the decor and the cleanliness. Its thoughtful to have a water machine available and some sandwiches and yogurt ready. The only few complaints I have is that the bathroom can use better ventilation and the shower head was very strong compared to the drainage. I was afraid of overflow. All in all the hotel was great and we had a great stay"

"Generally not good value for money. The room is was super tiny, was not able to open a bigger suitcase properly. The system of lights automatically turning on during night when someone uses the bathroom is smart but also annoying for the other person in the room and we did not find a way to turn it off. "
