"An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. "I was given a room that had windows that could not be opened. The fire alarm went off twice during my 11 days stay and in the very early hours of the morning. The room had a musty smell. All of this when the room costs were nearly £140 per night. Had the staff not been quite friendly and supportive, it would not have been a manageable stay. I would not stay here again. The good parts however are the gym facilities, the rooftop pool and the restaurant with good food."
