"La señorita Catherine de recepción fue excelente. Yo hice una reserva para mi Hermano y Catherine fue excelente, le dejo chequear a mi hermano un poco más temprano entendiendo que venía de una conexión larga y que debía hacer check out a las 1 am, le damos las gracias por hacer todo expedito, luego de un viaje tan largo esto es lo mejor con lo que un huésped se puede encontrar: empatía y buen servicio. El servicio de quienes manejan el transporte también fue muy bueno todos fueron muy amables. La habitación perfecta, limpia cómoda y moderna. El servicio a la habitación estuvo estupendo la comida deliciosa haciendo que el precio pagado valiera la pena. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel, todo el proceso fue fácil cómodo y bien explicado. La próxima vez que vaya a Bogotá definitivamente los volveré a usar. "As always this is a great one-night stay, shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a plus, the only thing is that they always try to switch to a lower room. keep an eye out for that. they try again to do that to me, and I warn the reception desk that I know the trick they quickly corrected and put me on the suite I book"
