Basic but met our needs.

The host is a very sweet woman who sets up a delicious breakfast based on your preferences. She is also very helpful. The Victoria is very basic with no frills but you can’t beat the price. It’s located within walking distance to many attractions. This was our second stay there and would definitely stay there again.

The check in process was difficult and frustrating due to the host not speaking English and there being no written instructions on Expedia. I would have had real trouble getting inside if i didn't have an Italian speaking friend to help. I'm also pretty sure that I was made to pay the city tax twice. The room and bathroom were ok but wasn't very warm in December. There is coffee and some pastries available for breakfast, but be careful with the milk. The location is around 30 minutes from the center by foot and it's around 10 minutes walking to get to a bus to get to the center, but 5 minutes to a metro station that takes you to the main train station.

They cancelled 8pm I'm on my way over and lied.

They cancelled and left me stranded. Got a notice 8pm after my plane landed from a short trip from Rome that they cancelled when I was on my way over. They tried to tell me and their shuttle driver, who was ready to take me over there, that it was hotels.com's fault. I verified they lied about that. Stranded and left to book an overpriced and awful hotel as I was exhausted. Horrible people!! I booked weeks ahead of time too. If they could do this to someone with no explanation plus lies, you don't want to deal with these people ever!

Muy sucia, los Baños terribles, con champú usado… las toallas con olor a humedad, dice que el desayuno es incluido, pero no, es un café y un corneta, eso no es un desayuno incluido….en fin que está muy feo y sucio todo,se siente mucho ruido desde la calle, todos los carros de trabajo por la madrugada, y las perosnas en la mañana hablando alto y caminando, en un UN DESASTRE, deberían ustedes como Expidia revisar las condiciones, porque calidad precio aquí está muy mal, esto me costo una 60 euros y creo que no cuesta ni 20,

Mi sono fermata in struttura per 3 notti, la proprietaria è una persona splendida e molto disponibile che ti fa sentire come a casa, il posto è pulito e curato, le camere spaziose, come posizione è veramente comoda, molto centrale. Sicuramente ci tornerò per i miei prossimi soggiorni a Catania

Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci ha messo anche a disposizione la stanza della colazione per il té o altro. La cosa che expedia non dice é che non c'é ascensore ma la struttura é al primo piano. Il problema sarebbe solo per persone anziane o con difficoltà deambulatorie. Appartamento molto pulito e camera grande. Unica pecca; il bagno molto piccolo e il pavimento un po' datato. Per il resto molto buono e mi sento di consigliarlo

Chambre spacieuse avec sdb , pdj complet et varié Ce bled and breakfast est facile d accès de la gare centrale ( 20-25 mins à pieds. ) et arrêt de métro à proximité . Un supermarché est dispo et une petite supérette à 3 mins, boulangerie, buraliste… tout est a Proximité . Compter 30 Mins à pieds pour rejoindre le centre ville Bon rapport qualité prix
