"The housekeeper was so nice! She kindly made our 1 bed into 2. The hotel staff snapped at us when we stated that there was one bed and we needed bedding for 2. Otherwise, hotel was clean. Restaurants nearby. Naples is a dump, but that is not the hotels fault"

"Staff was somewhat dismissive about our fatigue when we arrived early due to an early flight. Told us we could walk around for the day until our room was ready. Didn’t tell us about the hop on hop off bus that we could have used. On the end of our trip to Italy we stayed there again. They had my name misspelled and couldn’t find the reservation. The room had a musty odor. We had an uncomfortable night."

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"
