"The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....

"Casa muy amplia con jardin. Familia acogedora y simpática que se esfuerza por el bienestar. Ofrecen desayunos caseros, solo dulces. Sugerencia: añadir algo salado (queso, jamón o embutido de la zona). Habitación muy amplia, aunque sin aire acondicionado, que afortunadamente no necesitamos porque los días que estuvimos bajó la ola de calor. Tranquilidad absoluta."

"Our stay at Appart Hotel Spa Perpignan was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. "Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum, außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.
