Stayed here for a business trip. The staff got me checked in quickly and the hotel provided adequate amenities for my stay. I appreciate the house keeping changing the out the towels daily.

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at, the staff here including the husband and wife are very very awesome and down to earth they'll make you laugh they'll help you the rooms are always clean there's never a time I come in that they don't give me a good deal and greet me by name this is a great place don't let it fool you

I couldn't take a shower after checking in, the ac heater didn't work, my evening plans were ruined, the next morning I had to awaken the staff regarding the shower, they told me to waoit 20 min , I waited an Hour still no hot water, just tepid.. i overpaid as well the charges went up from 62 to 115.Inot happy with the attitude from the male staff.. instead of accommodating me he argued why I didn't shower the night before, I fell asleep waiting for the water heater to kick on.

Bed was pretty bad and the walls are extremely thin. I could hear all the traffic right outside my door and the other rooms tv. Area isn’t too bad and is close to a lot of nice places.

I usually read reviews 1st, this time I didn't related to we urgently needed a hotel, didn't take the time. The motel was ok for the cost, but right next to train tracks. I was exhausted, before I passed out, I heard minimum 4 trains passing by. Also, I have never been handed 2 remote controls at check-in, and asked for the remotes to be returned at check out.

Made a mistake on the reservation dates. Attempted to change the dates but the motel stated that it was full for 4 different weeks. I was able to make a reserveration through Expedia for those dates after the motel lied about being full.

Well the owner manager kicked us out in the middle of the night getting blamed it has nothing to with us said someone from my room was following his crackhead wife to the laundry when my friend asked if there was a laundry on property she shouldn't be so quick to be racist towards a black man I personally think they are racist....Haven't got my refund back yet and same night a second person has to call the cops and was kicked out of her room mind you it was super freezing and both party's had dogs our dogs were shivering I do not advise anyone going to this place the price is good but they kick you out in the cold for no reason that was our responsibility...

Staff requested a $100 deposit which is fine by me. However because I provided a credit card to secure this deposit she stated that I would only receive $93 back for my deposit. I told her that this was not nice to charge $7 just because I was using a credit card. Since when is a deposit a charge for just using a credit card?? Not fair. She would not allow me to speak to management to express my dissatisfaction

Cozy stay!
For the price this is definitely worth it, it has its little issues but for what ur paying… can’t complain. Definitely affordable stay, will come back here. Only thing annoying is the train u can hear but that will be anywhere near the coast!

Nice for the price
It is walking distance to many downtown restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. The room had been refurbished so it was clean. Would be small for two people. Bed was very comfortable. Be aware it is near the train tracks and train went by until about 10 pm.

Brian we are extremely sorry that you felt staff was rude but they told you denied security deposit upon check-in which is mandatory for stay to avoid any incidental damage occur by the guest.
