Throstles Nest Farm is a lovely farmhouse in a beautiful setting. The bedroom was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a relaxing stay, The breakfast was very good and well presented and the Family were very friendly and welcoming.

Great Victoria Hotel
Best thing about the stay was the breakfast which was well cooked and a generous portion. Unfortunately the room was disappointing, bed was uncomfortable, sheets were stained and the bathroom had no frosted glass or blinds, just a thin curtain, despite looking onto the main room. The room wasnt very clean in bottom draw was a empty whiskey bottle and the windows had mould around them At evening we had our meal on the 1st course which was soup there was a bit of plastic found in it the staff couldnt apogise enough but didnt really make me enjoy rest of my tea leaving it

The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the furniture in the apartment was of a very good standard. We made full use of the welcome pack. Room was 5 star. Amenities fantastic. Great hosts. Quiet, spacious. Abundance of Tea, coffee, water, shower gel etc. Best stay ever. Will definately visit again.
