The bar staff were superb. Property tired

"Just read the other reviews. I arrived late and really felt like i was a chore to the receptionist. Then she wanted a credit card which is normal to cover drinks etc, but I asked why and she replied ‘for damage’! No explanation."

"We had a 3-night stay to attend a wedding locally. All went well until Sunday morning when the breakfast was so slow in our order being taken and its non-delivery before we had to leave. Our complaint was met with courtesy "the kitchen is very busy and every one came in at once". Apologies hardly ..."
