Lovely hotel near Newport, Wales

Lovely hotel near Newport. Staff were l friendly and helpful, food at breakfast was very good, room comfy and a really nice atmosphere. Would go to again without hesitation.

A really lovely welcome and a lovely stay. Room was clean and had all the facilities you’d need for a comfortable stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a little busy in the restaurant due to a wedding and a large birthday happening at the same time but once we got some attention we were looked after. Breakfast was nice but would have appreciated some alternative milks on the buffet due to my dairy allergy.

We just wanted a convenient hotel for our visit and it was so much more. The staff were all so accommodating and polite under extreme pressure and you could see they all worked as a team. Had a lovely time.

Had a lovely time. Room was clean & tidy as was the bathroom. Food offered had a large selection and was excellent. Service throughout the hotel from the staff was first class, they were approachable and professional with a friendly attitude. Would rate it a ten out ten stay.
