"The resort and grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. I upgraded my room to a 2 bedroom on the spot and they were very accommodating. When we got to our room I was so impressed with how huge and spacious the unit was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in Kona for a couple of days so we were out and about for the most part. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the bracelets the kids were able to enter the unit and the pool area. I think we found ourselves a new place to stay whenever we’re in Kona. I highly recommend Kona Coast Resorts if you’re visiting Kona. Thanks KCR for the great experience. We will be back soon. "Our hosts were knowledgeable about the area and friendly. The view from our balcony (lānai) was amazing with all the lush plants and flowers. The breakfasts were delicious and hardy! We even loved the coqui frogs singing us to sleep at night!"
