We had a lovely stay, staff were amazing and so hospitable everyone was so friendly. The hotel was beautiful and so picturesque, with great amenities. There is also a free shuttle service that brings you into the main town also which is extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel. Service first class and can’t fault anything. Would definitely like to return.

We first stayed at the Hilton Arcadia some years ago but were pleased to return. Every member of staff was welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly return.

Great hotel, well worth a visit. Really high quality of accommodation, perfect location, friendly, helpful staff, food was great. Would fully recommend it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel

The hotel and service was excellent.

The staff provided professional and attentive service. The dining experience was outstanding, complemented by the property's elegant atmosphere. We were very impressed and look forward to returning and would highly recommend.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were big and spacious. The staff were helpful and respectful, allowed me to check in early and check out late. Very happy with this hotel, location is perfect right near the beach, convenience stores and many restaurants. Very happy with this hotel. The only comment I will leave for the hotel is why is the snooker table in that position? My son fell off the step next too it and i am sure he wont he the last to do it, have a look where it is.

The thai hotel style and very relaxing. It is comfotable for take a relax with nature and tropical. Some of hotel beachfront look like this. Staff very friendly and warm welcome. Just walk 5 minute to beach.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and found the hotel and the staff excellent. It was clean and comfortable and only a 5 min walk to the beach. They do have a bus that will take you up and down as it is on a hill and in the heat it was a god send. The rooms was spacious and cleaned daily and had a kettle, hair dryer and iron, gowns and sippers. The pools were clean and you can get lend towels everyday. Over all we had a fab holiday and if we were to go to phuket again we would deffo stay at Novotel...

It’s an excellent place to stay for the cost. Two minutes from beach. On Main Street by beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants. I stayed in a garden cottage for £37 per night which I thought was really good value. The cottage is delightful. Some cottages are different but mine had a large patio overlooking several ponds. Some of cottages had smaller patios and were by the walk way leading to that area so there may be an element of luck in getting one by the ponds. I had the...

Nice holiday location

Lovely hotel, food was fantastic, beach lovely and facilities great. Staff were friendly and efficient too. Would come back again

We stayed at the Nai Yang Marriott for 9 nights from the 15th to 24th November and enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Check in was very busy with other guests but managed quickly. Our room was lovely and perfect for the two of us. We had breakfast included during our stay and there are is an good selection of food. The beach on the hotel isn’t great as the tide comes in and goes out considerably. You have to walk quite a bit to get to the sea. However you can walk to the Nai...

Perfect holiday. We have been allocated a beach cottage with partial sea view, the resort it's situated in a jungle/forest, has the largest swimming pool, you can hear the birds and feel the nature it's an amazing experience. You have every you need in the resort if you don't want to go out in the city.
