We paid for the room in advance so that we had a room when we checked in. They overbooked our room to someone else and we had to get another hotel 30 minutes away. We paid $130 for an Uber to come from the airport and then we had to pay another $60 for the other hotel. This is no way they should do business. We paid for the room on May 5 and had the reservation for May 19. Now we have to pay another Uber to get to the cruise. Piss poor way to run a business.

Property was very clean and inviting. The breakfast however they only stock everything once and then that’s it. So it you plan to eat breakfast be there right when it’s set out or find another option. They seem to be understaffed in the morning at the front desk as only one person was there to handle all questions.

It is close to the cruising port and a really nice property. We also scheduled, unplanned nice surprise, during a rocket launch and the view was amazing!

Great location near the port, shuttle service was a bonus. Complimentary breakfast pretty standard but good to have before heading off to cruise. Walking distance to a fantastic Italian eatery. Hotel was nice clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were not the quietest but overall great place. Would stay again before/after cruising.

Loved the rooms, spacious and comfortable, the kids loved the pool, the staff was nice and charming. The breakfast was... Insanely bad. You will be fed, there were bread, jam and butter, and some warm options like oat porridge and scrambled eggs. But everything was served on/in disposable plastic - cups, trays, utencils. Then you throw everything in the trash when you're done. There was not a note describing the dishwasher is broken, if so I'd of course understand. From both an environmental and nutritional point of view I'm not impressed.

Super staff. Dining area at breakfast should have been cleaned prior to serving. Room great. Staff check in and bar great. Lots of litter outside but out of their control. Shuttle to port available.

Bad breakfast
Do not count on the breakfast. It’s a nightmare of poorly stocked and under staffed. Machines barely work, they don’t refill enough. Rooms were nice for families.
