There is no sound isolation between the rooms. If you book an ocean-view room, it’s not actually an ocean view. Emporio Cancun Optional All Inclusive
Overall the hotel is nice. There was water on the floor of the corner of bathroom door when I entered the room. Coffee bag was not there but coffee maker is available. I only give 4 stars
