Decor, restaurants, pool and waiter staff was amazing. Front desk management and staff were extremely rude and lied about multiple things about the room and inclusions. New property so still working out things so I’d give it some time before booking. Active construction going on during the day and early mornings so will get distrusted sleep/rest.

Amazing! Definitely coming back when i am able to, great service. Place is beautiful and have very friendly staff! I do not know what i liked the most if the beautiful suite, the food, the rooftop pool, the drinks, the weather, the safety, or the Amazing people they have working for the resort!

This was our first all-inclusive resort stay so nothing to compare it to but it was a great experience. Hotel is BRAND new so super clean and sparkly. Friendly and helpful staff and nice pool and restaurants. Make sure to note: you have to reserve a shuttle time with the concierge to get to their off-site beach club. It was a bit of a hassle with minimal trips offerd to and from the beach each day. However, it is a beautiful area once you get there. Overall a great experience.

Place was nice, beds are super noisy could hear them from other peoples room. Away from everything very secluded. Staff still has alot of work to do, wait times at restaurants were alot . Over all it was an ok expericence. Would I stay here agin? Probably not.

The most property is absolutely stunning!! They have a ton of people working to keep the place clean. Rooms were super clean and spacious which I loved. Best food was the roof top Japanese, breakfast buffet and Aglio. The service from the staff was horrible from the moment we got there. They were so rude and unprofessional. Would blow whistles at everyone to get out of the pool leaving us with no towels. Also really hard to get a dinner reservations but I recommend just walking up and waiting. Service was extremely disappointing but overall the restaurant property was beautiful and we made the best out of our experience. Would come back for the beach club alone. It was so stunning!!

No where on Expedia said there was still construction happening at the resort. Half of the amenities I paid for were not even available. I talked to resort before booking to see if spa was available and they said yes, but when we got there only limited services were available, the physical spa was closed. They did not have proper equipment for my pregnant wife to get a massage. Where that was the whole reason this trip was booked. For our baby moon. Very terrible service from resort and Expedia for not being updated.

Nice industrial modern design, fantastic pools, especially view from roof pool. Service was friendly and attentive, good food at Italian and Asian restaurants. Disappointed in Vantage club; didn’t receive all listed amenities ( spa not open, no a la carte breakfast, no champagne in room). Make sure to reserve shuttle to beach club early. Only 20 passenger van, limited times esp. on returning to resort. Concrete floors in hall transmitted noises from inconsiderate guests into your room.

Everyone was great ! The only issue was dining and the drinks were like syrupie with cheap liquor unless you are specific. The food was artificial asf and I was probably bloated the whole trip. Would definitely come back if they fix the dining option all you need is real food that’s rubber plastic stuff ain’t it. Cheers mate !

Don't stay at this property. This was the worst trip we ever took. The service was horrible and staff wasn't helpful at all. Half the things weren't working and despite of them saying that they will fix things, no one came to fix anything. They opened too early and dont have the amenities and staff to cater guests.

VIP status with Expedia didn't get us any upfrade or champagne, nothing. I showed her email and she just ignored it. It was sufficient for a fairly new opened resort. Not everything was opened. Breakfast buffet was small compared to other resorts but it fed us. Portions at restaurants are very small but we didn't go hungry. I wish the room service was offered later than times offered because ypu do get hungry after 11 pm. Some staffs were excellent, some definitely needs training on customer service. With time, I'm sure they'll get better and we recommend this place. Love the bathroom products too.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was very attentive, nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I do wish they were more informative about the restaurant schedule and the pool closing at 7pm. There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet.

The hotel is newly opened and feels like it (May 2024). Lots of maintenance, repairs, power cuts and general gremlins. Grounds are unfinished. Restaurants are very mixed in quality, some great, some definitely below par. Strange closing times for bars/pools right in the middle of the best/busiest part of the day (5pm). Junior suite was a large room with odd utilization of space - huge balcony with just a small table and two chairs, sitting area with a definintely not 5-star sofa. Great shower though.

I cannot stress enough how perfect everything was. I was nervous since it is a new resort but everything was perfect. Staff was amazing! I want to give a shoutout to Dayner at the beach club, he made my experience 10x better- as well as Jorge and Daniel, they were on top with the drinks. I didn’t get around to try all the restaurants but from what I heard from other guest, nothing disappointed. Thanks for a memorable birthday trip- will definitely be back :)

The construction that was still going on was bothersome, noisy at times. Our room had issues, but service was prompt to come and resolve them each time. The limited dining times and restaurant closures was disappointing, but the food was great. Would’ve been nice to be able to view the bay from the (ground level) pool areas. Transportation was very limited and inconvenient to walk anywhere. The pools and beach club closed way too early. Gift shop was overpriced and we were unable to use our “resort cash” there.

This hotel is mainly for couples. I was there with my best friend and it felt like a couples getaway retreat. This is not the adults hotel where you will bump into many single men or women. Hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly but overall is BORING. For some fun you would have to leave the hotel because after 10pm there is absolutely nothing to do. Hotel did not feel all inclusive since breakfast, lunch, and dinner have very limited times. Also, the partnering hotel next door was undergoing construction and two nights we were left without electricity for about 4-5 hours. Most of us had to go up and down stairways in the dark while staff were assisting with flashlights. They were not ready to open this hotel and it was definitely felt in our stay. Everyone shared the same opinions upon engaging in conversations. Also, the night supervisor seemed a bit racist, we noticed him treating people differently in diverse encounters. Overall, I loved the staff and the hotel's elegant/ cozy decor and beauty but generally I doubt I will return. Experience was bitter sweet, not great. Best bartenders in the rooftop pool are Filemon and Juan, Sila is the sweetest concierge ever, and at the Beach Club your fave would be Neftali. Also at the spa, ask for Brenda! If you go ask for them!

The Hotel was beautiful, rooms were very spacious, clean, and, decorated nicely, staff was great, for the most part…however one of the cooks, in the middle food station at the main lobby pool, was always annoyed anytime guest tried to order food. He would also not come out of the kitchen or acknowledge guest standing there waiting to give their orders until he felt like it (which was very off putting). Additionally, I would have loved it if the pools didn’t close at 6pm (that was way too early), the pools were lovely!

Fair and Honest Review of the new Hyatt Vivid: Overall: The hotel will be a beautiful addition to Hyatt hotels, however, there is still a significant amount of construction taking place. If you have a room on the lower level, expect to hear it, even during the night at times. Because it's new not all restaurants are open at the same time, a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The pools are stunning and the rooms are nicely appointed. Once fully completed I'd give it a 9 out of 10, right now it's probably 7 out of 10. Restaurants: The food is good, but not what I would call great, outside of the French restaurant, which was excellent. The Italian food place has potential, but regardless of what time or how many people were their it was always like chaos and food took forever. Staff: Most of the staff were quite excellent. I will give a special shout out to a couple of people who went well above and beyond. Pool Concierge: Jesus made our stay fully enjoyable Pool Server: Nelly, hands down best at the pool, should be teaching others how to care for guests Bar: Tomas and Carlos listened and made drinks the way people asked them to be made, which is a priceless commodity Rooms: Room was very nice, it's very modern hotel, lots of glass and concrete. If you want more Mexican feel, don't go here. We loved it. Bed was comfortable, and the view was awesome!
