Great hotel.

Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

A estadia em sí foi boa, mas notei uma redução na oferta de itens no café da manhã (8), em relação às outras vezes que me hospedei no Olavo Bilac, mas está bom. O quarto é bem amplo (10), grande mesmo, e neste tinha geladeira, micro-ondas e talhares com pratos. A cama estava bem mole, e precisa ser trocada. (7). Ar condicionado, banheiro, roupas de cama, banho, atendimento funcionários e estacionamento (10). Recomendo e retornarei.

Nossa experiência no Hotel Olavo Bilac foi excelente! O hotel entregou exatamente o que eu e meu esposo esperávamos, por isso merece 5 estrelas. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, com destaque para a limpeza impecável dos quartos e das áreas comuns, a educação e cordialidade dos funcionários, organização das vagas de estacionamento e o café da manhã, que atendeu muito bem às expectativas. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas deixo a observação de atualizar as plataformas digitais informando que o hotel não dispõe de secador de cabelo. Assim, o hóspede já chega ciente e pode levar o seu, garantindo ainda mais comodidade e tranquilidade. Agradecemos pela estadia e, sem dúvidas, recomendamos o hotel!

Equipe despreparada, estávamos em 4 pessoas eu, minha esposa e minhas filhas, elas não acordaram pro café, minha esposa pegou dois pães e 6 mini pães de queijo e foi levar pra elas no quarto, a funcionária foi atrás da minha esposa e a questionou no meio dos hóspedes que ela não poderia levar comida pro quarto! Extremamente grosseira!!
