"My husband and I arrived late and was greeted by our friendly reception. He helped us get in our room which was clean and spacious. It had the BEST bed to sleep on and this is a must specially for travelers. We love we got a discount with the bakery attached to it. The sandwiches and coffee were great. "Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "
