"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We loved where the hotel was located in addition to the amenities. The daily breakfast was excellent. The staff there was so great. The manager/head concierge at the front desk was so helpful to us. We stayed two nights before we headed south to attend our daughter's wedding."

"Hotel was a very central location. 7 minute walk to Saint Mark square. Same street with luxury shops. Next to Michelin star restaurant. Raphael canal front restaurant block away( great food and atmosphere). Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Room 7 had 2 full bathrooms and living room could be closed off from bedroom. Top floor outside deck with lounges and chairs made a great evening spot for a glass of wine. Highly recommend."

"The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us...

"Great location to see all important sites of Venice. Able to leave our luggage ahead of check in which was supper helpful. Bed was comfortable and cleaning staff came each day of our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend to travelers to Venice."
