Martina at the front desk was a delight to talk to and was extremely helpful with answering any questions that my travel partner and I had. The room was ready upon arrival despite it being hours before the official check-in time and was clean and well-lit. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh and high quality items. The central location was also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. "
