"I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The laundry room was also very convenient and well-maintained, which made the stay even easier for longer visits. The bar staff stood out as well—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which added a really nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a relaxing place with good amenities and great service."

"This was the most beautiful property up in the hills, but only a couple of miles from the city center. The breakfast was great as you sit outside looking at the gardens and surrounding country side. The room was very clean with a great view of the hilly area. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel even has a complimentary shuttle to get you closer to the city center. Oh yeah, the coffee machine was awesome. Just push a button to choose between American coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and other choices. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel/property. Just left for Paris, but already missing Florence and the Art Hotel Via Agape! This is a must stay!"

"Overall, the hotel is clean. The staff team were very helpful and friendly. We stayed at a triple room for a family of 3 in late June. The size of room was a bit small but comfy. AC’s powerful. The location is convenient and quiet, about 20-25 min walk along the river to city center. The hotel parking garage is a great bonus if you’re driving in."
