"First room no AC and had to climb extra set of stairs. They moved us to new larger room. Location is perfect so Sammy Birthday Bash at Cabo Wabo Cantina. Nice pool and happy hour from 11A-1P."
Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

"We had a wonderful spring break at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would return! The pools were great, and the family-focused entertainment was a highlight. My daughter especially loved the theater shows, and Friday night’s outdoor dining and family fun was a favorite. The food was good overall, but restaurant wait times were too long, both before being seated and after ordering. At the Italian restaurant, our waiter came to take our order before we had even received menus. The air conditioning throughout the resort could also be improved. Housekeeping never brought face towels without being asked, and the minimal in-room snacks were not replenished. I was not a fan of the Unlimited Vacation Club sales approach. I might have considered membership, but it felt too sales-driven, and I did not fully understand the contract. A more transparent, low-pressure presentation would have made a difference. Overall, we loved our family vacation and would return. With improvements to dining service, housekeeping, and a few resort amenities, the experience could be even better. A fun, family-friendly resort with room to improve its overall value."
Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

"The staff never shared with us the fact that if you were a guest at “The Palace “ you had access to the other two adjoining properties, “Santa Fe” and “Baja”. This opens up many more dining options as well as a sports bar. That would have been nice to know prior to day 4 of our 7 day stay. The Palace is top notch. The only place to stay."

"We stayed in one of the ocean front Casitas and absolutely loved the experience. Stay was amazing and the food was incredible. We enjoyed dinner at Canto Del Mar and that was truly amazing. Even thought we face somewhat south, the sunrises and sunsets are amazing! Will definitely go back!"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful we absolutely loved every one of them. I highly recommend paying extra to use the spa, they have indoor pools and cold plunge but also the staff is so nice inside the spa. The food was great excellent! I wish there had been less families but that’s just me. We visited in October it was horrible hot and humid but everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed."
