"Excellent all round "

"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "

"All really good and friendly, easy to find everything Sat nav took me to wrong side of the railway at first but I got help and made it to the right place. Really good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or re-stay. Its NOT the hotels fault that the road exit from A505 is a bit overgrown so the ease of finding the road into the road for the hotel is a little tricky . Otherwise all excellent."

"Small room, wasnt cleaned well on the following morning of our stay. Spa was ok....again nothing special. Charged £10 a day to park on top of paying to stay. Breakfast was luke warm ate out the following day. Overall we thought it had the price tag of a high end hotel with the feel of a travel lodge. Staff were friendly. Won't be going back better for your money elsewhere. "

"Stay at this hotel often, usually everything is perfect and I enjoy staying here often. This time on arrival, there seemed to be an odd smell in the corridor whe getting out the elevator, when I entered the room there was sliders in the bottom of the toilet and half a loo roll like it had been used and not cleaned. The rest of the room was clean as usual. When I returned back on the second day, the toilet was ‘running’, like the system was filling up with water but it never stopped. Had to flush the toilet a few times to clear. Think this was an off chance as I’ve never had it before- would stay again but disappointed with this stay."

"The hotel was lovely—very clean, and the restaurant was excellent. However, our experience on arrival was disappointing. We were told check-in was at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting in reception for nearly an hour. We didn’t get into our room until after 5pm, which delayed our plans for the evening."
