"Great location and environment, nice staff, enough space and very comfortable room with a view! However, the desk lamp doesn’t work, kettle is tiny and quite dirty under the bed. Overall, still would like to recommend!"

"The staff at check- in were very overwhelmed with the number of new people arriving. They didn’t even ask me if I needed anything when I showed up at the front desk. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I said something. I’ve stayed in just one other Wilde aparthotel and the staff were amazing!!!! Excellent customer service but sadly Cambridge’s staff did not even know how to turn the towel rail on in my bathroom."

"Reception staff friendly and provide excellent service, hotel facilities and amenities are very good. Apartment are spacious and has all the things you need. Being able to hire bikes are a wonderful option clients can take, can cycle to the city centre in 10 minutes. Spa facilities are good, very well maintained and clean. Would happily stay here again."
