"Great location"

"We stay at this property whenever we go to Red Deer usually a couple of times a year. Our choice is not about the casino as we don't use those facilities at all. We love that you can check in and don't have to leave the hotel until you check out if you dont want to. The restaurants and lounge all have terrific food so finding a restaurant isn't an issue. The rooms are spotless ,bedding and beds so comfortable . We love this hotel- all the amenities, and staff that is efficient and helpful."

"I will commend the staff that check us in last night. At first he put us in a room but our next door neighbor is coughing and hacking, even when windows are closed. I phoned and asked if we could be transferred in a more quieter room. Theo was fast in making decisions and transfered us to another room right away. Excellent service. Much appreciated."

"Staff was reall friendly and helpful- room was spotless and well appointed. Considerate details in the continental breakfast such as multiple dairy alternatives, various jams, and almond butter. The hashbrowns and eggs were good too. "

"Starting with the quick shuttle pick up, easy check in and room, everything was great. The room was clean, very well equipped and the bed was comfortable and cozy. So nice that I didn’t want to get up! I also appreciated the decaf coffee - many hotels don’t provide this. Bonus points for the good, indigenous owned bathroom products. "
