屋上からの景色がすごく良かった。部屋の鍵が空きにくいのだけ難点。それ以外はスタッフさんも親切でとてもよかったのでまた利用したい。

This hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the pyramids complex. The rooms were definitely dated, but the beds were comfortable and showers had plenty of water pressure. Management was super friendly and helpful arranging rides around town. Rooftop view is unreal!!!

The hotel has a great location, very good breakfast and has a great view in the balcony, however the building is old (all buildings are old in Giza). It's not clean, you can see hair in the beds and pillows. They didn't clean the room during our stay and we had a terrible experience the first night, they assigned us a dirty room because the hotel was full. The second and third nights were in a better room but it wasn't clean.

Worth the price
For the price this place was great! the views were amazing from the balcony and the room we stayed in. I will say they messed up on the pickup from the airport and we had to get an uber. Communication at the hotel was good but when trying to communicate over the app before we got there was terrible. Nothing I asked or tried to schedule was done correctly. Food at the restaurant was great with a view to match. I would recommend this place or stay here again. Best bang for your buck in the area.

Hotel with great view and breakfast, friendly staff offering good potential, but unfortunately not well maintained or not "finished"... broken floor tiles, dirty walls or windows, broken bathroom door, ... all this could be repaired or painted, and it would be a nice guesthouse! All the best for improving it!

Gleich neben den Pyramiden mit super Aussicht!
Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Der Ticketverkauf / Eingang zu den Pyramiden ist gleich um die Ecke, nur 1 Minute zu Fuss entfernt. Alle Angestellten sind ausnahmslos sehr, sehr freundlich und Diaa wo die Gäste empfängt ist überaus hilfsbereit. Niemand drängt oder versucht dich zu etwas zu überreden. Das Essen von der Karte ist üppig und köstlich und es ist ein Erlebnis dieses auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden zu geniessen. Frühstück ist durchschnittlich (kein Buffet), für mich aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig, Ohrstöpsel also nicht vergessen, dann geht es ohne Probleme. Die Betten sind etwas kurz geraten, könnte also für grosse Leute eventuell ein Problem darstellen. Das Bett / Zimmer ist sauber. Das Badezimmer gerade noch in Ordnung, man darf nicht vergessen wo man ist, darum ist es o.k. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall und ich würde wieder hier buchen. Ich kann es weiter empfehlen für einen Pyramiden-Besuch!

No respetan reserva pero buena vista
La ubicación en vista es buenísima, en la calle es llena de camellos caballos y mal olor pero por el precio está bien, lo que si estuvo mal es que no respetaron reserva de la primera noche eran 3 habitaciones y nos dieron 1 triple y mandaron a un guía a darnos explicaciones pero no era lo que queríamos en fin a la siguiente noche si nos dieron las que eran pero eso estuvo mal. Ducha buena, bonita vista y tenían el partido en la terraza

Nos asignaron habitación a la cual le hace falta mantenimiento. puerta de acceso a regadera no cerraba y por tanto en agua se salía. el ventilador del baño no funciona. El control del cable solo funciona manualmente. El servicio del restaurante empieza a las 08:00 am cuando otros hoteles ofrecen el servicio a las 07:00 am. El personal agradable y respetuoso.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location for the pyramids and sphinx. Room was spacious and had air conditioning. Meals from the hotel's kitchen were very nice.

Hello, I wanted to share a review about the Marvel stone Hotel. Ever since we arrived, they have been extremely helpful in every way, the whole staff have been very respectful, professional, and nice. The hotel its in a good location with shops and restaurants near by and the most helpful thing is that they offer parking spots or help you find a parking spot. The hotel is super clean, and have awesome view to the Gyza Pyramids. lastly, the most important thing for us was how friendly the staff are and was with us. We are thankful & highly recommended this hotel for your vacations in Cairo, Egypt.

I was really excited for this hotel during my trip to Cairo. Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I never received the rooms I paid for and they forgot to pick me up from the airport. Everything was booked over a month in advanced. I left days before my check out. I do not recommend this hotel for solo female travelers.

Infra de Hospedagem péssima
Lugar muito sujo, roupas de cama com manchas, vidro do banheiro sujo, box do banheiro com resto de shampoo do hospede anterior, cama extremamente desconfortável. Quando cheguei para tomar o cafe da manha no dia seguinte nao havia nada e ngm no local , tive que ir atras para poder comer e as mesas extremamente engorduradas. As fotos nao condiz naaada com o local, tomem cuidado. Ja no dia seguinte fiz o check out e fui para outro hotel. As pessoas que trabalham la foram bem educadas e carismáticas, pena que o lugar nao esteja do mesmo nivel.

The view from the rooftop deck is incredible. It is the highest deck in the area with the Sphinx in direct sight. First impression was terrible. There’s a stable in front of the hotel. Fortunately the odor doesn’t reach the rooms. The staff is very nice.

Absolutely Disgusting
Absolutely filthy room checked out the same day! Hard bed, dirty restroom, hair all on the bed, tables covered with muck. I have traveled most of the Middle East, Northern Africa, Europe and to Japan and I have never seen such poor accommodations. Additionally, I have never been interrupted constantly during prayer. I want every penny back.

Nos encanto!, volveríamos sin duda
Literal a media cuadra de la entrada a las pirámides por lo que cuenta con una excelente vista, el acceso da un poco de duda porque pasas por un “estacionamiento” de caballos y huele un poco mal pero una vez pasando ese espacio encuentras el Hotel que está de lo lindo!, los chicos de recepción y restaurante súper amables, nos apoyaron con la contratación de algunos tours (recomendación: pídanlos en inglés, los guías en español no dominan muy bien el idioma y la explicación es muy pobre), la habitación fue más amplia de lo que esperábamos, con frigobar, hervidor eléctrico, café y agua natural, el baño cuenta con su propio boíler por lo que el agua se calienta casi de inmediato, las camas y almohadas son cómodas, el único tema es que nuestra habitación (310) con vista a las pirámides, contaba con un mal desnivel en la regadera y el agua se encharcaba un poco pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente, la comida a la carta es espectacular y los precios son justos, nuestros favoritos fueron: Beef Fajita, Chicken Cream, Chicken Grilled, Kofta y de postre Om Ali, el desayuno incluido es básico pero fuera de ello fue el lugar donde mas nos gusto el sazón de todos los que visitamos en El Cairo, si volviera sin duda me hospedaría ahí mismo, me encanto y es súper conveniente, excelente relación precio-calidad

Great hotel with amazing staff
Amazing. Such friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for 21 days and felt at home straight away. Wilk definitely come back and stay. Definitely worth getting a Pyramid view room, mine was pretty big, and the view spectacular!

Les chambres sont spacieuses, la vue directe sur les pyramides est un bon point avec un personnel sympathique à l'écoute de vos demandes. Cependant, un quartier qui se démarque par une saleté assez exceptionnelle, une agression systématique de tout visage qui parait être celui d'un touriste, des bruits toute la journée et une très grande partie de la nuit dans une chambre avec une isolation sonore quasi inexistante. Le parking gratuit indiqué n'en est pas un, il faut garer sa voiture dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner était très pauvre. Un hôtel de plus ou moins bonne facture qui souffre d'un environnement qui ne permet pas un épanouissement ni de profiter des pyramides.

pictures as described. hotel near stables so the odor can be overwhelming. it is a pandemic currently, but both rooms we were in were not cleaned well. dusty areas around bed frame, hairs all over sheets on my bed. towels didnt look clean and a charge for laundry that didnt smell clean when they returned.
