Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho! "

"We happen to come when Hurricane Lorena was passing by. The hotel was impacted and suffered a few leaks and delay in some services as expected. However, the service was excellent and they went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Good restaurant choices were great-fresh and delicious and drinks were on par. Highly recommend. "

"There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food...
