"It was an unexpected surprise when we arrived to find it was like a little house minus the kitchen. It did have a small fridge. It was much bigger than a hotel room. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!"

"We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. "The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

"Check in was quick and easy. We were provided with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our cottage was beautiful and NEW with a small patio overlooking the lake. The Bed was comfortable and AC cooling. The wall fireplace added nice ambiance. The front desk called at 9 to say they were leaving for the night and to see if we needed anything. Close to the outlets. A wonderful place to stay! We will be coming back."

"I expected better. Overall, the stay was OK. The facility was clean, but the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. There was dirt in the corners of the room. The fixtures in the bath were dated and worn. The towel hooks on the door were hanging off and the safety rail on the bathtub had rusted screws. They only service the room every two days, but we're very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was minimal and t items such as the home fries were cold....

"Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating.
