"Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein."

The windows opened for fresh air which was useful as I suppose the guest before us had turned to thermostat to 30° and it was boiling. Unfortunately the heat woke me from a really nice mattress and comfortable linens. Overall, the hotel was not at fault for anything, so 5 stars, absolutely earned. "
