"Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo...
"They paid for my taxi from the airport as I was not emailed the shuttle schedule so that was very kind of them. The train station is literally 2 minutes walking and it takes you straight to the Venice island in 25-40 minutes. The train is frequent and stays late at night until 11:33 pm. The hotel was cool and spacious. The service and employees were great. I highly recommend this place. The only issue is that there's not many spots open late at night for food."
"Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing. "
"This was a beautiful hotel and located on the canal. Great views of the gondolas. The bar and outside seating area was very nice and had a great view on the water. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location and very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. The bathtub/shower was somewhat narrow and small and didn’t have good water pressure. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
