Bukit Geliga Besar

For the money we paid the room was average at best. Lacked very basic things like extra pillow face washer. However the staff more than made up for it! Jim at reception a delight and the manager Malik was just adorable for these reasons we would stay again!!

The hotel staffs are very kind and really helpful. The room is clean, location is very near to the shopping area.

Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.
