"La struttura prevede self check-in con codice che non è stato inviato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare numero islandese (un costo in più) che ha mandato una persona che sembrava ci facesse un favore ad aprirci. A noi ha risposto, altre tre coppie sono rimaste fuori per ore perché il telefono non rispondeva e la persona non apriva. Il giorno dopo l'hotel era chiuso dalle 11 alle 16, nel senso che non puoi entrare nella tua stanza e prendere la tua roba. Alle nostre proteste la signora che non parlava...

"Lack of on site personnel made things a bit difficult as other guests kept coming in late and banged on the door at midnight when they couldn’t get the code to work to enter the property. Showers were cleaned but had a bit of sewage smell. Showers could use some upgrades."
