The room had poor thermal insulation and the heating was not working. The room had no phonic insulation and all the noise from the next room was heard like no wall was separating. So, not much sleep as these guys yelled and argues the whole night. Door was ill fit, there was an inch between the door and the floor. The property advertised that a private parking was available nearby, but it was just street parking. This was the first read flag, since when I asked I only got generic answers. The staff was nice and helpful, hence the two stars intsead of one.

Lovely area to stay in!

Great location in a lovely area near the opera. Apartment was comfortable and mostly quiet. The owner was very attentive and all instructions were very clear.

Exceptional host who is a wealth of information about the area. The apartment hotel is an ideal location for transit to the Danube and main city location (a stones throw from the Opera House and Oktagon Metro...) Clean, Modern and in a lovely quiet and safe neighborhood just off Andrassy utca (High Profile Shopping). Loved every minute of my stay.. and would definitely rebook

The property is clean and feels secure, in a convenient area. The room was beautiful just as pictured and good temperature. Eyal was a kind host providing clear instructions for check-in/check out through WhatsApp, which were both easy processes. He also gave some recommendations for Budapest. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Check in and check out are fully automatized, and yet the staff is always attentive and caring for guests. As soon as I arrived the hotel manager visited to introduce himself and promptly and efficiently solved my wifi issues. On the other hand, another host reached out via whatsapp to make sure I had all the info I needed at all times. Great experience!

My host was amazing. Easily reachable for questions about everything from places to eat and things to see as well as best way to get to the train station. The gentleman, Peter working the front desk was amazing when I couldn't get the door to work. User error, not the doors fault. They had a little get together to welcome guests, had great extras in your room as a welcome gift, and really cared about your experience. They checked in before, during and after my stay. HIGHLY recommend!

The property is very close to almost everything and everywhere you’d like to visit is walking distance which is great if you like to take in the views. The room we’ve had was very spacious however the bed is quite low so something to keep in mind. Another thing is the rooms are not soundproof which means you can hear everything going on outside - it’s relatively quiet but you’d need to be conscious of making any noise incase of disturbing other guest. All in all the rooms are great, location is perfect, the host is amazing - provided us with many recommendations!

There is no front desk so don’t be alarm if they ask you to send them your passport ahead of time. They communicated via WhatsApp and that was fine with me. I had an issue with the air conditioner but they did it right away and even compensate me for the inconvenience. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend it

We arrived at around 8pm Monday night, when we arrived at the property there was a key code needed to enter which we had not been provided, we could not get any answer by knocking so tried to contact by calling and messaging the WhatsApp number I had been receiving updates from. It took around 30 minutes before we finally got through and were given a code to enter the building. We had paid for the room with the bath which was lovely, the bathroom itself however had a constant smell of drains. We were woken up most mornings early hours by the noise outside of people shouting as our room was directly above the street. One afternoon we had gone back to our room after a day of walking and laid down, about 20 minutes later I heard the room door open, no knocking, and the cleaner walked in, he quickly walked back out after realising we were in there however our room had already been cleaned whilst we were out so I’m unsure why he would need to come in. A lot of these problems possibly could have been solved by speaking to someone on reception, the problem was that there was never anybody on reception, the whole 4 days we were there we only ever seen the cleaners. The location however is excellent, we were in walking distance to most things with lovely food and cafes just around the corner. Overall the room itself was okay and we were still glad we had upgraded as the bath was lovely after a day of walking but there are many minor issues that could be improved.
