"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "We stayed in the hotel for one night on 27 June 2026. Lovely old hotel with the real character. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time. The only issue/observation is relating to the fully decorated Christmas tree next to the reception. I found the Christmas tree at this time of the year is just not appropriate."
