"We had an amazing stay in the beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, tastefully renovated and we felt like we have pur own appartment in Brussels. The ceiling height is 4 m. Defenitely coming back."

"Couldn't charge my drink at the bar due to GPay not being processed properly at check in. Restaurant/bar staff/bar manager not interested at fixing the issue with reception. I had to insist they made the senior receptionist/manager came to see me. No apology, no explanation about the error. Equally ..."
