We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. "The Staff were excellent, very helpful and after care service was also ecellent, I did not take my receipt on checkout and emailed the front desk (Maddie) who was very helpful and sent me the reciipt immediately, for some hotels once you have left you are dead to them, but not here, thank you Room was spacious and clean, its an hotel that has old world charm but with modern amenities, there were a couple of creaky floorboards but this added to the charm."
