Too expensive for the service and the room

I spent 4 days for business there. The room is way too expensive for what it is (110pounds per night during the week), very small room, very small bathroom, no view, no terrace, NO free parking. The breakfast, which starts at 8h00, is very poor : cereals, toasts with bad jam in a plastic wrapping, or if you ask you can have an english breakfast, no other choice possible... I found the owner very intrusive, asking questions in the morning while I just needed to eat and leave quickly to go to work.

It was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and well presented . The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Broadstairs. We will definitely visit again.

Definitely recommend staying at the guest house the owners were very welcoming, the room was lovely, clean and spacious with great facilities. The breakfast was very nice, we will be back to stay again soon. Thank you

Fantastic stay in a fantastic guest house, fantastic owners and a very personal experience, nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, very comfortable and would definitely use this guest house in the future. Breakfast was amazing.

Lovely hotel by the beach - perfect location

We had a lovely stay at the guest house. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. Great breakfast and the perfect location for the beach. We had our 2 and half year old and she loved it, especially the sweets in reception :)

Overpriced as not finished

Owners and location great, but the place is having work done, so without being finished you can't charge £175/night Lose wiring/plugs, walls being painted and water turned off when we arrived No parking, limited breakfast, no fruit, First morning, packaged pastries, packaged fruit, no fresh fruit what so ever, empty juices, cereals in torn boxes, breakfast fine but I think spending a little more on quality ingredients is needed when paying so much Nothing apart from full English breakfast offered, Cant do poached eggs we were told "as the pan melted?" A saucepan with water is all that is needed? I tried calling for 3 days to ask if we could store some of the kids food in a fridge, but i never got an answer, even after leaving both a voicemail and text message There was other small things also, but basically it is just overpriced for what is on offer at the moment, when finished maybe it will be a different story,

Brand new hotel run by friendly and helpful family

Hotel is close to main street and beach. Room was spotless, spacious & beautifully decorated a lot of effort has been put into presentation. Brand new en-suite bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included in the price offering a good selection-the full English sets you up for the day. Staff were very friendly & welcoming-nothing was too much trouble for them. Good location for exploring Canterbury & coastal towns, tourist attractions & retail park close by.
