The Windsor Apartments and Hotel Brisbane was ideally located for our stay in Windsor. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. It had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer set which was very handy.

The room I had was very new and modern. I had a single room with a king bed, bar fridge, tv & desk and chair, hanging space, iron & ironing board & a separate bathroom. The shower is very spacious. The room was quiet to the outside noises. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The blackout curtains perfectly blocked out the morning brightness. The milk was topped up in my room each day. It was a very easy walk to RBWH.

Unfortunately had a very frightening situation where 4 drunken men entered my room at late hours of the evening while I was sleeping alone. As a female this was very scary to be woken up to. I’m still unsure how this occurred but seems we were both given the same room and key code. Outside of fielding my after hours call to rectify the situation and give me a new room number and code I didn’t receive any apology, explanation or follow up after the event which was a bit disappointing. Probably a one off unfortunate event but I definitely won’t be returning. Room was clean and and suitable.

I liked the closeness to the RBWH as that was the reason for our stay.It was also quiet and peaceful. As for our check in it was a little confusing as we were not use to checking in this way otherwise it was easy. Thank you for a pleasant experience

We enjoyed our stay but a few issues we encountered * very little supplies in the way of toilet paper, chux and garbage bags no tea towels for a 3 night stay *very unfortunate that we had to pay for parking *otherwise the room was lovely and close to shops restaurants and attractions

Lovely managers Great location

We were a little nervous about the automated check in because we were arriving after hours, but anything we struggled with was sorted out by a quick call to the phone number on the door. We were only there for a night for my kids to fly out early the next morning. When the managers heard that we were a family, but we somehow ended up on separate floors, they quickly organised a 2 bedroom so that we could spend our last night together in one apartment. It made all the difference thank you xxx They also recommended places to eat which was less than a 10 min walk, and we were able to take some lovely family photos at the Instagram friendly burger bar. Great location if you are flying out of Brisbane early the next morning.

Nice modern & clean apartment although one of the kids had to sleep on a sofa as there were not enough beds for 7 as booked. I'm still haven't received my bond back a week later even though they sent me a receipt. I may have to initiate a transaction dispute which has soured what was otherwise a nice stay . There is a bit of noise coming from the traffic on Lutwyche Road . The access to the lift & rooms was all electronic codes that were texted to us it worked well but the lift did take off without us when loading luggage into it. I will update my review when I receive my bond .

It was comfy and clean. It served the purpose of our unscheduled overnight stay. Only problem we had was noise and doors shutting off and on until 1:30am by neighbours.

For the price is it okay - you definitely would get better accommodation for the same price elsewhere. Convenient check in but the cleaning is quite poor. Cups and bathroom were dirty this time around.
