A lovely property close to RBWH which was our reason for staying. $29 per night for parking is disappointing given the price per room is higher than other local properties, but still the convenience of location outweighs this. Lovely staff and well equipped.

The room was a great size for my family group and apartment layout great. However apartment needs a lot of work as it is old and run down. Ensuite shower hand held was terrible. Beds comfortable, lounge ok outside balcony very limited, unkept and grotty.

Noisy people in the area between the towers. Couldn't sleeep in second bedroom as it had a window to main corridor and light was on all night. Shower dirty and needed a scrub. Sticky kitchen cabinets.

There was a list of items in the room that was an issue. Couldnt connect to internet when arrived, no hand soap, one remote batteries were dead, one bathroom had mould in it and the other had air everywhere. The bathtub switch was stuck in place and couldnt be used. Soap depenser in shower fell off wall. On check in had to wait 30 mins after check in time to get into room and staff seem not to know what they are doing. All information about contact details and parking is only given to you once you get to check in. Poorly organised.

Short walk to Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital.

3 adults stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. We were very very impressed with the unit overall. Only one concern we had was the ceiling fans and air cons in both bedrooms were operated by wall panel and no instruction how to use. We are due to stay again next week but will be asking for instruction booklet this time.

I was originally booked in at another Oaks property but as they were undergoing renovations was transferred to the iStay. Overall great location. Nice sized rooms and property. Could do with a bit of a makeover to freshen it up and little. Bathroom looked as though however it had not been cleaned for some time with mould in shower including grout, door and soap holder.

I was very surprised to have to pay an extra $29 for car parking on top of hotel costs … i have heard that car parking was free for people with medical appnts at hospital . The WIFI was not working and was told to call IT to fix for me. Very poor service. Our television in bedroom had no remote so could not even turn television on

Great spot.

Room 2302. Lovely spot but a couple of complaints about the unit - shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in place- kept falling - had to tie it in knots. Kitchen sink plug useless - kept losing washing up water. Wet tiles and slippery! Even before all the rain! Beautiful pool and lovely guy on reception on Sunday morning.

Not the best place to stay for a holiday. Good over night stay. Right next to freeway and Hospital on the other side. Make sure you ask them if the parking is free or not as they say it’s hotel parking and then when you check out they sting you for $25 per night for parking. What a joke.
