"Moved to self check-in screens which are on view for others to see …. Lack of privacy and less welcoming…. I guess it’s to speed up things when there’s a queue but I didn’t like it. Restaurants kitchen closed at 9pm …. But then room service didn’t open until 10 pm and it was then allow 45 mins delivery….. ..."
