"Great breakfast choices, amazing staff and a beautiful view! Downside: -Despite paying over £250 for a night, the bed was in a bad condition. The right hand side was unbearable to sleep on!"

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Huge room and breakfast was amazing, truely four star. Walking distance to the Barbican area. Our only issue was we were on the top floor and there was no lift. 50 steps from the back car park. I am sure they would put a lift in if the building was not heritage listed. If you have mobility problems make sure to ask for a room close to the ground. Overall very impressive and good value for money all fittings and fixtures were high quality."

"We arrived earlier than we thought and the staff were very helpful and allowed us an early check-in. Later on in the evening we had an issue trying to gain access to the room but the card key wouldn't work, we reported the issue and initially the card was recharged but after trying the recharged key card there was no luck gaining access. "Welcome was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely large room with super wet room. Breakfast was delicious and had a super view of the sea whilst eating. Area was busy but quiet both in our room and the dining area. We will most definitely visit again."
