"Booked 2 rooms one for us and one for our son who is now 18 and does not want to share his room was huge clean tidy and my son loved his stay We had a normal size double that was lovely the only downside is I’m disabled And getting in and out as there is not much turning space The lifts are there just not the room for turning."
Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel

"Good location in Brighton near all the local spots. Air con situation was a pain, we called to check the room had air con before booking they said yes so we booked then got to the hotel and were put in a non air con room. We asked to move to an air con room and they moved us so had no idea why they didn’t put us in that room in the first place. I wouldn’t book here again as clearly can’t rely on whether you will get an air con room or not. Everything else was good apart from this situation but it is off putting."

ibis Brighton City Centre - Station

"Ideal location next to the railway station and an easy walk to the lanes and the beach. Staff were very helpful, although it appeared that there were often too few of them, and were a bit overwhelmed. Room was typical Ibis, reasonably basic, pod style bathroom, but clean and great value for money. Breakfast was okay, food could have been warmer, but no real complaints, it compares with other hotels in this price point. We have relatives in Brighton, and will use this hotel for future visits."

"If I am in Brighton this is the hotel where I will stay. On the beach, walkable, and straight walk to Train station or National Express bus to Airports. Not my first stay at this hotel, hopefully not my last."
