Unfortunately, during my latest stay, I experienced a concerning issue. On the first night, I left six personal Nespresso capsules in my room, intending to use them with the in-room machine. When I returned, they were missing. I reported this to the front desk three times, across different shifts, but no resolution or explanation was provided."
