Vandet i poolen var for koldt. Den ene morgen var der ikke vandtryk på badeværelset. Der burde være kode til cykelkælder i stedet for nøgle der skulle hentes og afleveres med samme i receptionen.

Leider wurde unsere Erwartung von dem Hotel nicht erfüllt, für knapp 200€ inkl. Frühstück pro Person und zwei Nächten. Der Service war teilweise sehr bestimmend und nicht sehr Gastorientiert. Wir wollten um 15 Uhr einchecken wie von unserem Veranstalter auch so angegeben, vor Ort hieß es, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist und man eh nie vor 16 Uhr nicht einchecken kann. Nach dem wir dann um 17 Uhr eingecheckt hatten wollten wir noch zwei extra Kissen und eine Decke so wie zwei Bademäntel haben, darauf hin sagte man uns wir können es Abends dann bei der Rezeption abholen. Dies taten wir auch und mussten mit dem ganzen Stapel dann durchs Hotel bis aufs Zimmer laufen, anscheinend hat man in dem Hotel von Zimmerservice und Kundenorientierung noch nichts gehört. Auch musste eine Reinigung des Zimmers morgens immer bei der Rezeption bestellt werden bis 10 Uhr , welches man doch bei 200€ für zwei Nächte Pro Person doch erwarten kann. Das Zimmer war gut aber dafür das Badezimmer wirklich ein Graus , siehe hierzu die angehängten Fotos. Die Lampen waren voller Staub , das Waschbecken am Wasserhahn gelb verfärbt und die Dusche hatte überall schwarze Schimmelflecken. Die Duschabtrennung war stark verkalkt und verschmutzt. So ein ranziges Badezimmer für einen solchen horrenden Preis ist ein absolutes NoGo. Obendrein war nicht mal ein Seifen/Duschgel Spender vorhanden welches selbst in einfachen günstigen Hotels wie Holiday Inn oder Motel one als Standard vorhanden ist .

Fint nok

Opholdet var fint nok, men det matcher ikke prisen. Jeg forstår ikke helt hvorfor det har 4 stjerner. Hotellet er lidt gammelt og sengene er stenhårde. Der er meget lydt, så man bliver nemt forstyrret af andre gæster. Der er dog meget rent og hotellet er hyggeligt. Det ligger godt ift Wurmberg og kabelbanen.

Kun omkring 15 parkeringpladser i terræn, hvilket betyder man skal betale for at får bilen parkeret (i kælderen) - koster €10 per nat. Morgenmaden super lækker. Vores rum var dejligt med lille altan. Vi var overraskede over personalet ikke kunne ret meget engelsk, første receptionist overlod os til en kollega, og her blev der kun klaret det absolut mest nødvendige. Vi savnede at kunne blive vejledt i lokale seværdigheder og i det hele taget hvad hotellet havde at byde på.

Ok hotel, men lidt i den dyre ende.

Udemærket hotel, men ikke noget prangende. Lidt i den dyre ende i forhold til, den samlede vurdering af hotellet. Fin morgenbuffet, hvor der osse var fokus pp sunde ting. Lidt skuffende at der ikke var et lille køleskab, ej heller bare en elkedel på værelset. Personalet var rigtig flinke.

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, weil es unmittelbar am Nationalpark liegt und man von hier aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen kann. Der erste Empfang war freundlich, aber Corona-bedingt etwas umständlich. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und absolut ruhig. Allerdings gab es einige unschöne Stellen wie Abstoßungen am Türrahmen und schlecht überstrichene Fugen im Bad, die ich bei einem Hotel in der Preislage mit vier Sternen nicht erwarten würde. Die sehr bequeme Matratze war leider mit einen Gummiüberzug unter dem Laken geschützt, was ich wirklich unschön finde. Auch gab es im Zimmer keinerlei "nette" Dekoration, nicht einmal ein Bild an der Wand. Dafür waren die Flure und das Restaurant sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon, den ich sehr genossen habe. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es trotz Corona eine große Auswahl an leckeren Dingen. Mit zwei von drei Abendessen war ich sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

God beliggenhed og morgenmad - skrabet værelse

God beliggenhed lige ud til skov og stisystem, og i gåafstand til byen. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet. Noget skrabet værelse i forhold til prisen og de fire stjerner. Havde i det mindste forventet mulighed for at lave te/kaffe. Sengenes madrasser for bløde til vores rygge.

Goede voorzieningen, alles keurig netjes, snel reageren op verzoeken, ligging in het gebied van de Harz Bar zou ook wat vroeger op de dag open mogen (nu pas 20.00 uur) en wat weinig parkeergelegenheid gezien de omvang van het hotel

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne Ausstattung, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, einziges Manko: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, alles was auf dem Flur geschieht vernimmt man so laut und deutlich, als würde es im eigenen Zimmer stattfinden.

Super fint hotel med fine værelser og en fin forplejning og alt som forventet. Hotellet ligger i udkanten af byen men i gå afstand til byen. Hotellet ligger fint midt i Harzen og er derned et godt udgangspunkt til en kørselv ferie i Harzen.

Godt hotel med meget dårlige parkeringsforhold.

Meget fint ophold med 3 overnatninger. Hotellet har 120 værelser, men kun 30 parkeringspladser i det fri, hvis man som os, kom med en tagboks på taget Der er godt nok parkering i kælderen, men der kunne vi ikke komme ned, da der var max højde på 2.0 meter. Det var et stort kaos af biler, Der bare var sat omkring hotellet.

Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht zuvorkommend, der Service nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Keine Badeschlspoen auf den Zimmern, nur bei Nachfrage erhältlich, Bademantel nur gegen Aufpreis an der Rezeption erhältlich, ebenso die Bade und Saunahandtücher nur bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Haustier( Hund) kostet zwar extra, es gibt aber weder Fress- noch Wassernapf dafür. Bad klein und alt, alte Plastikduschabtrennung. Insgesamt auch was das Essen betrifft überteuertes Hotel. Eher ein Tagungshotel.

Uns hat die Kinder Freundlichkeit des Hotels am meisten gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder jeder Altersklasse ist genügend zur Beschäftigung im Hotel vorhanden. Allerdings fanden wir das kleine Nichtschwimmerbecken im Schwimmbad mit 1,30m Tiefe für nichtschwimmende Kinder viel zu tief. Somal das große Schwimmerbecken ebenfalls 1,30m tief war. Aber im großen und ganzen hat uns das Konzept von Wellness und Kinderfreundlichkeit sehr gut gefallen.
