Quite the dilemma, this hotel. Whilst the facilities are very good, the attitude of the staff, beginning with check-in are so poor (I would go so far as to say completely bereft of anything resembling customer service) that my work team and friends who regularly visit Goslar will never be staying here again (The Hotel Schiefer will now be receiving our business).

Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Design mag ich sehr. Nett ist die Bereitstellung von Kaffeekapseln und Wasser. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock nach hinten gelegen war ausgesprochen ruhig. Beim Frühstück hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es ist von allem da incl. Lachs, Obst etc. Rührei o. Spiegelei wird nach Wunsch sogar frisch zubereitet. Es gab sogar Grillgemüse...sehr lecker. Check-in war sehr nett, das gesamte Personal bis hin zu den Damen , die die Zimmer machen, sind alle freundlich. Lobby und Restaurant waren sehr schön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ideal, wenn man mit der Bahn kommt und den Weihnachtsmarkt besuchen will. Wir hatten ein perfektes Wochenende.

Hotel go

Synes deres parkeringsmåde er slet ikke kundevenlig. Man henter et plastikkort mod gebyr til parkeringskælderen der ligger væk fra hotel. Når man skal have kort og aflevere igen (efter man køre ud af parkeringskælderen) skal man parkere ulovligt eller langt væk fra hotel til at færdiggøre det og få depositum tilbage. Morgenmad var sparse og æg var der kun hårdkogte og bacon var så rå at jeg ikke ville turde at spise det. Aftensmad fra samme restaurant vare godt. Værelset var dejligt og stort.

God beliggenhed. Pænt og rent hotel.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt, hvilket var én af grundene til at vi valgte det. Personalet var meget søde og venlige og der var pænt og rent. Sengene var dog meget bløde, hvilket gør at vi ikke ville vælge hotellet igen. Morgenmaden var udemærket, dog ikke så varierende. Goslar er en hyggelig by og vi nød vores ophold.

Centralt beliggende

Fint ganske nyåbnet hotel fra 2024. Ligger meget centralt med det larm som medfølger. Masser af busser og varebiler med af og pålæsning den ganske nat, så ikke muligt at have vinduet åbent. De ansatte virkede meget ugidelige og sendte ikke mange smil eller bød velkommen.

Im großen und ganzen war die Unterkunft iO. Man ist auf unseren Wunsch das Zummer zu tauschen eingegangen. Nur leider wurde mir vor Ort, da habe ich nicht aufgepasst, der Zimmerpreise, den ich rabattiert bei Expedia bezahlt habe, noch einmal berechnet. Ich bin sehr schnell auf den Fehler aufmerksam geworden und eine Rückbuchung wurde mir zugesichert. Am Ende habe ich aber den rabattierten Betrag von Expedia zurück erhalten und somit war das Zimmer teurer als geplant für mich.

Zentral und Modern

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt weil es eine Ladestation für E Autos gibt. Leider wurde vergessen heir sen Strom anzuschalten und das Auto hat erst am Morgen um 5:30 angefangen mit 4 kW zu laden. Etwas ärgerlich aber kein Problem, einfach etwas früher 500m weiter an eine Schnellladesäule. Da man das Laden im Voraus bezahlen muss wurde es mit den Parkgebühren verrechnet. Alles in allem sehr schönes Hotel und alle Probleme wurden gelöst.

Dejligt ophold på meget centralt hotel

Et dejligt ophold på et nyåbnet hotel, god service fra personale. Værelse var meget fornemt. Morgenmad var rigtig dejlig, og vi spiste aftensmad en enkelt gang, og det var også godt. Parkering 15 euro pr dag i parkeringshus, som købes ved ankomst.

Fremragende hotel

5 overnatninger på dette fremragende hotel, Det kan stærkt anbefales. Meget rent og nyt rengøring hver dag, søde og smilende, Hotellet ligger lige midt i den gamle bydel i Goslar. Dejlig morgenmad så alt i alt en fremragende oplevelse. Kommer gerne igen.

Fantastisk ophold

3 dage i Goslar, hvor vi boede på dette helt nye hotel. Det kan ikke ligge mere centralt med adgang til det hele. Alligevel var der meget stille, selvom vi havde udsigt ud mod gaden. Hotellet havde kun været åbent i en uge, da vi tjekkede ind. Der var få mangler hist og pist, men det tog vi med i denne opstartsperiode. Personalet var yderst flinke og gjorde alt hvad de kunne, for at vi skulle få det bedste ophold. Vi havde halvpension, hvilket betød vi også kunne nyde en 3 retters menu hver aften. Super lækker mad, men det kunne have været rart at vide, hvad menuen bestod af. Vi havde regnet med, at vi kunne parkere bilen i gården da der stod at parkering var mulig. Dette skulle vi have booket på forhånd. Bilen kunne parkeres på en plads 6 minutters gang fra hotellet, og koster ikke mere end 4 euro i døgnet.
