"Our room 3128 was moist, Carpet was damp, no pictures on the wall a beat up old leather couch, with a patch on it. Opened curtain had a 12 foot rock wall outside our window, making the air conditioner work harder. Wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't mold under the carpet. Had a hard time breathing ..."

"The room was nice. We had a dryer that did not work so they changed it out with another dryer that did not work. The elevator was out of service two days and we had no swimming pool at all."
