"Only Four elevators for the main building and one was out of service our entire stay. This was when the hotel was near capacity. Plus, one of their boilers was out so there was no hot water at 8am. "The room was not what we expected, it was outdated. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very small. The bathroom was very small as well. The room had a musty smell. I do appreciate the manager Heather refunding the remaining nights as we moved to another hotel."
