"Pros: Amazing Aircon. Essential in British Heatwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Nice and dark. Fabulous shower. Cons: Bar area was noisy and only catered table wise to large groups not to a singleton like me. Car charger did not work. Not hotels fault. But couldn't charge car. Hotel parking lot rammed with club/pool goers. No reserved parking for hotel guests. Had to shlep suitcases across carpark. Only English Breakfast tea in room. No proper tea. Comfortable stay overall."

"It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning either. It was quite small and cramped. Premier inn would have been a lot better. "Good breakfast. I did speak with property about solo travellers being stuck at the back of the dining room. Why cant we have as good a table as anyone else? I am an experienced traveller and dont like being treated any differently to anyone else! Whole hotel and the grounds are georgeous though and I enjoyed my time there. "Nice stay for one night at this hotel partly due to an early hospital appointment and partly to take advantage of the aircon during a heatwave! Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. As has been mentioned on other reviews bathrooms have a clear glass door which was fine as privacy is maintained due to the layout of the bathroom. Location is good for the airport and hospital.
