The Biltmore Los Angeles
Terrible experience. They charged $250 in hidden, extra charges above the room rate. The water in the shower was not hot even though the sink water was hot, so obviously the shower fixture is broken and has not been properly maintained.

Didn't get to try any of the food, but the lobby bar, restaurant, cafe, coworking and socializing are is outstanding. I would have happily spent the whole day there if I hadn't been so busy!
